Base Salary

$159k - $196k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable full-stack services using Python, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve member experience using AI-powered features.
  • Expand and maintain existing web applications and infrastructure.
  • Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning.
  • Advocate for high engineering standards, including test coverage, documentation, and observability.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues.
  • Collaborate flexibly across time zones to support distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Lead initiatives to define and implement scalable system designs.
  • Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Ruby on Rails, or React.
  • Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects.
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture.
  • Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, Iterable.
  • Bonus: Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or AI/ML.
  • Background in healthcare or regulated environments.
