$159k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable full-stack services using Python, Ruby on Rails, React, and GraphQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features that improve member experience using AI-powered features.
- Expand and maintain existing web applications and infrastructure.
- Debug and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions, code reviews, and system planning.
- Advocate for high engineering standards, including test coverage, documentation, and observability.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support system reliability and respond to production issues.
- Collaborate flexibly across time zones to support distributed teams and stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to define and implement scalable system designs.
- Own technical delivery for complex projects or subsystems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Ruby on Rails, or React.
- Proven ability to independently lead the delivery of complex technical projects.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architecture.
- Familiarity with observability and experimentation tools such as Datadog, LaunchDarkly, Sentry, Mixpanel, Iterable.
- Bonus: Experience with LangGraph, LangSmith, or AI/ML.
- Background in healthcare or regulated environments.
