Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Run enablement and discovery sessions to identify workflow challenges.
- Build custom AI tools and automations tailored to team needs.
- Coach teams towards self-sufficiency in AI integration.
- Monitor adoption and tune solutions for quality and effectiveness.
- Document tools and processes for reuse across teams.
- Share successes to build momentum and demand for AI solutions.
- Recognize when to rotate to the next function based on team readiness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools that transformed work processes.
- Experience in stakeholder research and translating findings into actionable plans.
- Technical fluency to engage in integration architecture and evaluate AI outputs.
- Proven track record of coaching and enabling others to change their work.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in marketing, finance, HR, legal, or operations.
