Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Perform cross-functional scoping and rollout of strategic integrations.
- Represent GTM to Engineering on integrations, driving clarity around use cases.
- Identify, evaluate, and build integrations to deliver critical solutions for customers.
- Own the technical success of integrations, including planning, QA, and maintenance.
- Work directly with customers to understand their environments and design integrations.
- Collaborate with partner companies to improve integration capabilities and APIs.
- Create reusable internal tooling and best practices for integration delivery.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert during partner evaluations and go-lives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering and business roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering.
- Strong backend engineering skills with a solid grasp of API design and data modeling.
- Experience integrating with complex systems like ERPs and accounting tools.
- Familiarity with AI coding tools for production codebases.
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Energized by owning ambiguous, high-impact projects end-to-end.
- Bonus: Experience in fintech, accounting, or vertical industries like construction.
