Responsibilities
- Independently design, implement, lead development of, and test scalable web application features.
- Own critical components across modern frontend frameworks and backend services from end to end.
- Debug, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Optimize code and system architecture for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate complex product and technical requirements into clean, efficient, working code.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior engineers, and lead complex cross-team code reviews.
- Help establish quality and performance standards and advise stakeholders on difficult technical matters.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver enterprise SaaS products.
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of new models and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Typically 5 to 8 years of related professional software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, time complexity, and space complexity.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming with Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or Python.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, end-to-end application communication, and data modeling.
- Awareness of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, judgment, adaptability, ownership, quality focus, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle complex assignments, and provide technical leadership and mentorship.
