Base Salary

$130k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Drive the evolution of datastore infrastructure to meet user needs.
Design and deliver a Datastore Platform for efficient data management.
Debug live production systems with minimal disruption.
Participate in an on-call rotation to uphold service reliability.
Collaborate with product engineers and infra teams to align infrastructure with business goals.

Experience with large scale relational databases, distributed caches, and NoSQL systems.
Understanding of distributed systems and design tradeoffs.
Ability to prioritize business impact and balance speed with maintainability.
Ownership and initiative in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.
Strong collaboration skills and customer empathy.
