Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, supportable, sustainable, and performant Salesforce Cloud solutions.
Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, flows, platform events, and other custom Salesforce functionality.
Integrate Salesforce with external organizational systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, developers, architects, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate requirements and integration considerations.
Write and maintain test classes, code documentation, and technical documentation in accordance with Salesforce and application architecture best practices.
Make recommendations on integration strategy, platform evolution, infrastructure, and tooling to optimize user experience.
Deliver assigned project lifecycle work, promote process improvement, and support multiple strategic initiatives.
Stay current with Salesforce offerings and evaluate relevant beta or pilot functionality.
Provide technical thought leadership and communicate functional and technical solution concepts to users and stakeholders.

Minimum 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture components and Sales, Service, Marketing, Order Management, and CPQ clouds.
Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Lightning Experience, triggers, workflows, process builders, flows, platform events, batch processes, data modeling, and database design.
Experience designing and implementing custom applications on the Force.com platform.
Experience integrating external systems through middleware such as MuleSoft.
Bachelor’s degree with a focus in mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to lead initiatives, communicate solution concepts, work under time and resource constraints, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
Other Salesforce certifications and Logik.IO advanced configurator knowledge or experience are preferred.
Knowledge or experience with DevOps tools is preferred.
