Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of frontend systems.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams for high-quality frontend solutions.
- Design and maintain advanced user interfaces and reusable components.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to build new features.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting continuous learning.
- Drive architectural decisions and lead technical discussions.
- Champion best practices in code quality, accessibility, and performance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in frontend web development.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex web applications.
- Ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of web performance, security, and accessibility principles.
- Familiarity with server-side rendering and static site generation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
