Base Salary
$198k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build a scalable platform for creating, operating, and maintaining hundreds of data partner integrations
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate product and technical vision into a roadmap
- Work with third-party vendors and clients to gather requirements and co-create data integration solutions
- Architect, develop, test, and deploy significant customer-facing features and projects
- Build integrations with data partner APIs and SDKs
- Write high-quality, thoroughly tested code that meets client requirements
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to fellow engineers
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience developing production-ready software and delivering robust, scalable solutions
- Experience maintaining and working with data integrations and external API sources
- Expertise steering full-stack or backend technical projects, including prioritization, requirements definition, and technical decision-making
- Experience leading engineering teams collaboratively
- Proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript ES6/React, HTML/CSS, Python/Django, and full-stack development
- Practical experience managing relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Preferred experience in developer productivity and/or SDKs
- Preferred experience in fintech or financial services
