Responsibilities
- Build and own backend systems for blockchain infrastructure.
- Design and implement APIs, services, and Ethereum data pipelines.
- Oversee system design from architecture to observability.
- Work across the Ethereum stack, integrating with execution and consensus layer clients.
- Define and uphold engineering standards for API design and testing strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with protocol, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
- Embrace AI tools to improve team performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building backend systems in Golang.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems.
- Experience with blockchain systems, preferably Ethereum.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure like AWS and Kubernetes.
- Strong testing practices for complex and stateful systems.
- Experience working in remote, asynchronous teams.
- High agency and accountability for quality in work.
