Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception.
- Own end-to-end model development from data curation to evaluation and deployment.
- Write production-quality ML code for scalable training and inference pipelines.
- Analyze model performance and improve robustness across diverse driving scenarios.
- Contribute to large-scale training pipelines and improve dataset quality.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate models into the autonomy stack.
- Enhance tooling and workflows for model iteration.
- Participate in model architecture decisions and technical discussions.
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD with 1+ year of experience.
- Experience in developing and deploying deep learning models for computer vision.
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
- Experience with large-scale datasets and distributed compute environments.
- Solid understanding of modern deep learning architectures.
- Ability to debug model behavior and analyze performance metrics.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in robotics or autonomy systems.
