Base Salary
$129k - $232k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure that delivers billions of personalized emails per month.
- Develop new features for email delivery, subscription management, preference pages, reporting, and customer domain configuration.
- Improve system performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Architect new iterations of critical system components.
- Provide guidance on key architectural decisions and help teammates improve their engineering practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Technical leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience working in a team environment with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional experience building software at scale is preferred.
- Experience with Ruby, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Ruby on Rails, or React is preferred.
- Experience with agile processes is preferred.
