Deloitte AdvisoryResponsibilities
- Maintain application uptime, performance, enhancements, defects, and daily operational activities.
- Support site reliability, production applications, system integration, and L2 DevOps/SRE issue resolution.
- Manage incidents, changes, problems, CAPAs, service requests, and user-access or reporting fixes.
- Modify and troubleshoot application code, platform components, and infrastructure systems.
- Build and integrate automation using scripting, CI/CD, cloud services, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Monitor systems and drive continuous improvement in accordance with ITIL and SRE practices.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and vendors in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or production support roles.
- Understanding of SLIs, SLOs, incident response, SRE principles, and ITIL service management.
- Hands-on experience with Python or shell scripting, YAML, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS.
- Experience with production or application support, system integration, troubleshooting, and SQL databases.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, monitoring tools, and incident, change, problem, and CAPA management.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, stakeholder-management, vendor-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5–10 years of experience in software development lifecycle or Agile methodologies.
