Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture for complex enterprise implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Platform capabilities.
- Define architecture standards, design patterns, technical best practices, and architectural decision processes.
- Create and review High-Level Design and Low-Level Design documents.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design reusable Salesforce components and optimize governor limits, bulkification, asynchronous processing, and performance.
- Design and govern Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications, including error handling, monitoring, and data synchronization.
- Design scalable Salesforce data models and data management solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and platform performance.
- Lead distributed teams, guide development teams through complex technical challenges, and conduct design and code reviews.
Requirements
- Experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in end-to-end solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development expertise and deep understanding of platform architecture, enterprise integrations, and technical governance.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience designing Salesforce data models, integrations, automation, security, performance, and asynchronous integration patterns.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms is advantageous.
