Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions within established architectural guidelines.
- Diagnose system management alerts and operational exceptions, escalating issues when appropriate.
- Develop scripts, automation, and Infrastructure as Code while applying infrastructure best practices.
- Configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across multiple environments.
- Participate in change management and support incident resolution through documented, tested, and controlled changes.
- Collaborate with development, support, and platform teams on operational and infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience with cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Linux administration and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerisation and orchestration technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, change management, and incident management processes.
- Familiarity with New Relic or similar system monitoring tools.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
