Responsibilities
- Own Demo Engineering requests from initial scoping through final handoff with minimal supervision.
- Build, customize, maintain, and update prospect-specific demo environments and reusable demo assets.
- Manage Knowledge Graph data, connector and crawler configurations, and front-end customization within demo accounts.
- Conduct and interpret Yext Scout Reports, Knowledge Scans, and Analytics outputs to generate prospect-ready insights.
- Apply SEO best practices to assess digital presence and translate findings into pre-sales narratives and supporting materials.
- Support complex connector and crawler configurations and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, RFP, Client Success, Field Marketing, and Product teams.
- Contribute to scoping calls, product-update knowledge sharing, Confluence documentation, process improvements, and Jira queue management.
- Maintain allocated Demo Library areas and help uphold team standards and ticketing hygiene.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in demo engineering, solutions engineering, pre-sales delivery, client-facing technical work, or equivalent experience delivering for a global sales or solutions team.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- Solid working knowledge of HTML and CSS for front-end customization in demo contexts.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including LLMs and agents, to accelerate demo build and customization work.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital presence concepts in a pre-sales context.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to present ideas and participate in scoping conversations.
- Ability to manage workload, meet deadlines, and balance multiple concurrent deliverables.
- Experience with Yext or a comparable brand visibility, listings management, or AI search platform is preferred.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, broader front-end development, RFP responses, pre-sales collateral, enterprise SaaS sales cycles, or mentoring junior colleagues is preferred.
