Responsibilities
- Build and own member-facing functionality across web and mobile applications.
- Contribute to technical design decisions and maintain architecture standards.
- Collaborate on reusable business logic and design consistency across platforms.
- Develop and integrate solutions using .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure.
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions for improved member experience.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in product-focused environments.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and modern front-end development.
- Experience with React Native for mobile application development.
- Familiarity with .NET/C# and Microsoft Azure for backend solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and reusable component patterns.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
