Responsibilities
- Design, create, maintain, and optimize applications using Spring Boot and React.
- Translate business requirements into functional, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs and integrate messaging queues.
- Manage database schema design and migrations for MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Participate in infrastructure-as-code efforts and deploy to AWS.
- Secure APIs using OAuth2 and Spring Security.
- Maintain and refactor existing codebases for efficiency.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering teams in Agile sprints.
- Mentor peers and resolve production issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with React, REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Solid experience with relational databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Experience with messaging systems and event-driven patterns.
- Practical AWS experience with services like Lambda and ECS.
- Knowledge of OAuth2, Spring Security, and JWT.
- Testing discipline with frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong understanding of performance, security, and design patterns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
