Base Salary
$240k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architectural vision for frontend systems.
- Drive front-end excellence ensuring fast and accessible user experiences.
- Establish quality and operational excellence frameworks across the organization.
- Collaborate with product leadership to align architecture with strategic goals.
- Mentor senior engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead initiatives through complexity, removing blockers and simplifying decision-making.
- Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design systems to support sustainable growth and identify systemic risks.
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React and Next.js.
- Full-stack capability with backend experience in Node.js and Python.
- Deep expertise in UI performance and web accessibility.
- Experience scaling shared frontend infrastructure across teams.
- Ability to drive architectural clarity and strategic alignment.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and enabling effective execution.
