Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML systems focusing on SLMs, LLMs, AI Agents, and Search architectures.
- Build conversational AI interfaces for multi-turn chat/voice interactions, maintaining context and escalating to human agents as needed.
- Create production-grade AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and serving at scale.
- Implement feedback loops and continuous learning systems to improve model performance over time.
- Develop AI-based analytics dashboards to track automation effectiveness and measure key performance indicators.
- Lead technical initiatives for AI system integration into existing products and services.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML researchers to implement and productionize new AI approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in backend software development using modern programming languages, preferably Python.
- Experience building production AI systems including chatbots and virtual assistants using SLMs and LLMs.
- Strong foundational understanding of ML and NLP, particularly transformer-based models.
- Expertise in natural language understanding and intent classification for customer query interpretation.
- Experience tuning ASR and TTS engines for context-aware transcriptions.
- Knowledge of conversation mining for customer intents and sentiment analysis.
- Experience implementing multi-channel support automation across various platforms.
- Deep knowledge of REST API design and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system design.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
