Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on OpenAI Codex for a portfolio of customers.
- Partner with customers to design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows.
- Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions for engineering organizations.
- Contribute technical content to the OpenAI Cookbook to support the developer community.
- Gather product insights from customer deployments and translate them into product proposals.
- Influence customer strategy regarding AI coding tools and their integration into workflows.
- Act as a trusted advisor on solution architecture and best-practice adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of post-sales engineering or solutions architecture experience.
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with a strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Active power user of AI coding tools with a customized developer workflow.
- Experience delivering impactful workshops or technical training to engineering teams.
- Contributed technical guides or examples publicly with a focus on clarity and pedagogy.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
- Excitement for ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces and iterative solution development.
- Commitment to customer success, reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
