Responsibilities
- Understand and apply knowledge of crypto products and market dynamics.
- Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to achieve project goals.
- Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks.
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems from architecture to launch.
- Ship production-quality code with a focus on maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and share project updates.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
- Ongoing AI skill development in prompt engineering and emerging technologies.
