Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end software solutions across frontend and backend systems.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design reviews.
- Write clean, scalable, testable code with robust documentation.
- Participate in product ideation and feedback cycles with a user-centric mindset.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Integrate with APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure components.
- Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting for deployed features.
- Investigate production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
- Participate in code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-quality features.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack software development experience.
- Solid experience with backend development, ideally in Python.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database systems.
- Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with trading platforms or financial systems is a plus.
