Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and oversee implementation of scalable AdTech solutions, including SSPs, DSP integrations, ad servers, RTB pipelines, header bidding systems, identity frameworks, analytics pipelines, and auction engines.
- Lead discovery, architecture reviews, gap analysis, solution scoping, technical estimation, advisory services, proof-of-concepts, and pre-sales activities.
- Define architectural standards, best practices, reference models, governance rules, CI/CD expectations, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure implementation quality and adherence to architectural decisions.
- Provide guidance on solution design, performance tuning, data modeling, cost optimization, and scalable software components.
- Mentor engineers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support professional growth.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, compliant architectures for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development and 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
- Experience designing and building high-load, low-latency, scalable cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Experience with consulting engagements, pre-sales activities, client-facing presentations, performance optimization, messaging, caching, and API design.
- Experience or familiarity with AdTech domains including SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, header bidding, OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, user synchronization, identity solutions, audience data, measurement, and attribution.
- Hands-on knowledge of real-time bidding systems and auction mechanics.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android ad delivery, SDKs, APIs, libraries, and integration frameworks.
- Experience with ad integrations, analytics pipelines, consent management, fraud detection, and the Prebid ecosystem.
- Understanding of privacy-driven architectures and GDPR/CCPA compliance principles.
- Advanced English, strong communication, independence, attention to detail, and ability to work with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
