Responsibilities
- Design and oversee implementation of SSPs, DSP integrations, ad servers, RTB pipelines, header bidding systems, identity frameworks, analytics pipelines, and auction engines.
- Drive architecture reviews, discovery, gap analysis, solution scoping, technical estimation, advisory services, and proof-of-concept development.
- Define architectural standards, reference models, governance rules, operational guidelines, and CI/CD expectations.
- Guide development teams on solution design, performance tuning, data modeling, cost optimization, and adherence to architectural decisions.
- Support pre-sales activities, consulting engagements, client-facing presentations, and translation of business requirements into technical architectures.
- Mentor engineers, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and support team professional growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software development experience and 3+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of C++, Golang, Rust, or Node.js.
- Experience designing and building high-load, low-latency, scalable cloud platforms and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Successful experience with consulting engagements, pre-sales activities, and client-facing presentations.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, messaging, caching, API design, real-time bidding, and auction mechanics.
- AdTech experience with areas such as SSPs, DSPs, ad servers, header bidding, OpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, identity solutions, audience data, and measurement or attribution.
- Experience with mobile ad delivery, SDKs, APIs, libraries, integration frameworks, analytics pipelines, consent management, and fraud detection.
- Understanding of privacy-driven architectures and GDPR/CCPA compliance principles.
- Advanced English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
