Responsibilities
- Lead automation architecture for web, mobile/tablet, and API testing.
- Architect and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and UIAutomator.
- Implement Agentic GenAI capabilities including automatic test generation, intelligent failure analysis, and self-healing.
- Design and deploy automation workflows and infrastructure on AWS.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define automation best practices, coding standards, and governance.
- Mentor teams and provide technical leadership.
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and AI technologies to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, UIAutomator, Katlin, mobile automation testing, and Generative AI-based automation.
- Experience with web, Android, mobile/tablet, and API testing.
- Knowledge of LLMs and Agentic GenAI capabilities.
- Experience designing and deploying automation solutions on AWS.
- Experience leading automation strategy, standards, and technical governance.
