Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical components within the team in alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and implement object-oriented software and technical solutions.
  • Develop and deploy CI/CD pipelines using standard pipeline tools.
  • Write code in Java, Python, Golang, or another object-oriented programming language.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and bugs.
  • Collaborate with teammates on shared components and codebases.
  • Apply networking, REST API, database, and command-line knowledge.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, technical design reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
  • Present ideas and technical work to senior leadership when appropriate.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience as a senior developer or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and technical design.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Golang.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, uDeploy, Tekton, or Harness.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, REST APIs, databases, and command-line interfaces.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Graduate-level or continuing education in a related field is a plus.
  • Understanding of GenAI capabilities such as system prompts, tool selection, and Model Context Protocol is desirable.
  • Software team management skills and GUI/UX design or development skills are desirable.
