Responsibilities
- Evolve the Interactive Learning Plugin's recommendation system.
- Develop personalized approaches for candidate selection and ranking.
- Build and operate applied models for the recommendation system.
- Define and measure recommendation quality through various methodologies.
- Ship incremental improvements to the existing recommender system.
- Collaborate with software engineers and data analysts to integrate models.
Requirements
- Experience in building recommendation, ranking, or next-best-action systems.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, HTTP/gRPC, and programming in Go/TypeScript.
- Proven track record of model ownership in a product or operational environment.
- Strong product thinking and technical communication skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous objectives into measurable product decisions.
