Base Salary
$182k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead impactful customer technical projects by delivering production-grade systems.
- Guide strategic customers in implementing transformational big data projects.
- Provide architecture and design guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure engagement delivery meets customer needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
- Contribute to accelerators and best practices that scale across accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms, or software engineering.
- Proficient in coding with Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
- Familiar with two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with expertise in at least one.
- Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark.
- Knowledge of CI/CD for production deployments.
- Experience with MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs.
- Proven track record in managing technical project delivery.
- Strong documentation and white-boarding skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder conflicts.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 20% of the time.
- Databricks Certification is preferred.
