Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout.
- Make technical decisions and recommendations for the retail platform.
- Stay in tune with customer needs through direct feedback.
- Deploy AI-native experiences to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Possess a growth mindset focused on learning and improvement.
- Demonstrate respect, empathy, and humility in teamwork.
- Have a startup mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
- Be flexible in using different tech stacks and languages.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks.
