Base Salary
$149k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design teams to create high-performance product experiences.
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large scale projects.
- Identify technical debt and design scalable solutions for core platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers through PR reviews and design discussions.
- Lead by example in using AI tools to enhance development speed and quality.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident responses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering complex features.
- Expert-level proficiency in Ruby or .NET/C#.
- Deep understanding of building high-quality, scalable distributed systems.
- Extensive experience with complex data models in SQL and non-relational databases.
- Ability to drive problems to completion with minimal oversight.
- Advanced experience with LLMs and agentic tools.
