Responsibilities
- Build purpose-built AI agents for product processes such as voice-of-customer and synthesis workflows.
- Connect data sources, design prompts, validate outputs, and maintain reliable AI systems across operational workflows.
- Build automations and integrations using no-code or low-code platforms.
- Administer, configure, document, and maintain the product team’s shared tooling platforms.
- Deliver independently from clear direction and ensure owned systems remain reliable at scale.
Requirements
- Proven experience building automations or integrations with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON, including debugging failing integrations.
- Experience integrating an LLM API into organizational workflows at scale.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
- Builder mindset, strong execution, curiosity, reliability, and willingness to document work and flag blockers early.
