Responsibilities

Create scalable and robust solutions for merchant integrations while adhering to payment best practices.
Guide merchants through integration processes in specific verticals such as e-commerce and point of sale.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance merchant experiences.
Oversee high-quality project delivery, ensuring the technical integrity of merchant integrations.
Consult on optimizing payment solutions and collaborate with Developers and Product Managers.

C1 level proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
5+ years of technical consultative experience with Web API solutions; experience in payments is a plus.
Proven ability to learn new technologies and understand complex systems.
Excellent communication skills for leading discussions with diverse audiences.
In-depth knowledge of REST or similar API protocols and system integration.
