Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and manage cloud-native systems such as Kubernetes clusters and cloud resources.
- Document, maintain, improve, and validate work products.
- Participate in scrum team planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate and participate in cybersecurity and architecture reviews.
- Execute project initiatives with a global team.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and scalability and support cloud backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another STEM-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure systems in a production environment.
- Proficiency in modern programming and scripting languages such as Go, Python, Bash, C#, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes cluster lifecycle, networking, and upgrades.
- Experience with Docker and other containerization technologies.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Preferred experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services and configuration management.
- Preferred understanding of network architecture, security protocols, service discovery, and load balancing.
- Preferred experience with Argo CD or Flux, DevSecOps automation environments, cloud backup and disaster recovery, and the Scaled Agile Framework.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
