Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platforms.
- Analyze business processes and system implementation to identify inefficiencies.
- Evaluate existing code and develop plans to reduce technical debt over time.
- Mentor, develop, and train Junior developers.
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience with knowledge of Sales Cloud, Apex, VisualForce, LWC, and Force.com tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectively and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and proven success in a collaborative environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience designing test plans.
