Responsibilities
- Help shape and operate Faire's AI governance program.
- Partner with IT teams to enhance endpoint management and corporate infrastructure.
- Design and implement security controls to protect company information.
- Support and manage endpoint detection and response platforms.
- Build guardrails for safe AI experimentation across teams.
- Advise employees on securing endpoints and publish clear runbooks.
- Deliver training to promote a culture of security and accountability.
- Track emerging threats and recommend improvements to security posture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise security.
- Practical experience in endpoint, network, or data security.
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance and security.
- Experience writing policies and supporting audits for security frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action.
- Ability to influence through empathy and relationship-building.
- Passion for programming and problem-solving with code.
