Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software programs and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot queries, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Support software installation, implementation, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, reports, project specifications, and status updates.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to maintain current programming skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory Fullstack Java Enterprise skills.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, and develop and maintain software programs.
- Experience creating and executing software validation and testing scenarios.
- Ability to troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and improve system performance.
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, reports, and code comments.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project teams, engineering staff, and stakeholders.
