Responsibilities
- Discover customer AI strategies and business-critical challenges, then design suitable Celonis Process Intelligence solutions.
- Rapidly build AI prototypes during customer hackathons to address complex business problems.
- Support customers in deploying autonomous AI agents and achieving measurable ROI at scale.
- Execute business-critical Proof-of-Value projects from scoping through value realization and adoption.
- Build and code solutions within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
- Present strategic business value, demonstrations, and solution outcomes to senior executives.
- Develop domain or industry specialization, including potential supply chain expertise.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices, and tools for the Global Value Engineering Center of Excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics or Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent academic performance.
- Extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience, ideally at the intersection of business and technology.
- Understanding of generative AI techniques including RAG, few-shot learning, prompt and context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
- Good knowledge of Python, common machine learning libraries, and data engineering tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and customer-focused skills.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Foundational business acumen and domain understanding, such as supply chain knowledge.
- Preferred: combined technical and business education, customer-facing or sales experience, technical proof-of-concept work, agentic system development, LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, prompt engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex, supply chain processes, ROI/TCO modeling, or SAP and Oracle experience.
