Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software systems and websites.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations among enterprise systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, Workday, and Salesforce.
- Use API design, authentication, data mapping, transformation, error handling, and cross-system troubleshooting to support reliable data flow.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while delivering solutions aligned with business stakeholder needs.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote sound design principles and technical best practices.
- Research and recommend software, hardware, and platforms; maintain technical documentation and architectural decisions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to peers and support teams and train end users or technical staff.
- Apply DevOps practices and Agile/Scrum methods to improve engineering delivery.
Requirements
- Strong, demonstrable proficiency in C# and T-SQL.
- 6+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience integrating enterprise business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven or file-based patterns.
- Experience with DevOps and building and deploying infrastructure using cloud deployment technologies such as VSTS, AWS, or Azure.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical judgment.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce development, OutSystems development, React, TypeScript, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and platforms and deliver across multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
