Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis and collaborate with internal teams on software design and architecture.
- Develop, test, deploy, refactor, debug, document, and support enterprise identity cloud applications and systems.
- Build new programs from scratch while maintaining and improving existing services.
- Serve as an application expert and contribute to architecture, design, delivery, and process improvement.
- Write unit, functional, and system integration tests and support automated deployments and continuous integration.
Requirements
- 13+ years of software engineering experience.
- Expert-level experience with Java and Spring Framework.
- Strong experience developing applications using security principles, cloud platforms, and containerization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, Git-based source control, development environments, JUnit, and Maven or Ant.
- Experience with GitHub or GitLab, automated deployments, and continuous integration.
- Experience with increasing levels of responsibility in application development, solution architecture, design, delivery, and process improvement.
- Extensive experience working in agile environments using Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with AI development tools such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar productivity assistants.
- Experience with Groovy on Grails is a plus.
