Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end manual validation of platform features across crawler, search, APIs, and platform services.
- Design comprehensive test scenarios and exploratory testing strategies for complex workflows.
- Validate data accuracy and product extraction across construction product datasets.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across UI, APIs, and backend services.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure feature completeness and data integrity.
- Partner with search engineers to validate query relevance and performance SLAs.
- Execute performance testing initiatives and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Use monitoring tools to debug issues and validate system behavior.
- Introduce shift-left testing practices and improve QA processes.
- Leverage AI-assisted QA tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience in manual testing of complex web platforms and APIs.
- Experience testing distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines.
- Strong API testing experience using tools like Postman or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows such as GitHub Actions.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze logs and metrics.
- Experience using AI-powered developer tools for test case generation and debugging.
