Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy Agentforce agents with custom topics and actions.
- Develop and tune Prompt Templates using Prompt Builder and Data 360.
- Implement custom Apex-invocable actions and Flows for business logic.
- Configure Einstein Trust Layer settings for compliant AI behavior.
- Build and analyze Agentforce testing and iterate on agent performance.
- Collaborate with onshore architects to translate use cases into solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Agentforce.
- B.Tech./M.Tech. or B.C.A./M.C.A. degree.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Certification.
