Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize AWS and public/private cloud infrastructure for SaaS environments.
- Automate deployments, monitoring, scaling, and infrastructure operations using DevOps tools.
- Support end-to-end client onboarding and migration for Payment Hub Standard and Enterprise Edition environments.
- Build and operate EKS clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, observability, and resilience of Payment Hub environments.
- Implement SRE practices including SLI/SLO monitoring, incident response, and reduction of manual toil.
- Improve infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and cost efficiency while collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with AWS and EKS.
- Experience designing and managing AWS infrastructure including VPC, IAM, EC2, and S3 using Terraform.
- Experience with Bash, PowerShell, Python, monitoring, and logging tools.
- Experience with AWS services, EKS/Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
- Experience implementing observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch.
- Knowledge of security controls including IAM, RBAC, and secrets management.
- Bachelor of Computer Science or a relevant combination of work and education.
- AWS DevOps or Solutions Architect certification and CKA/CKS certification are advantageous.
