Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the tools agents use to view member context and manage cases.
- Build systems that surface relevant member information to agents in real-time.
- Develop access controls that ensure safe and reliable agent actions.
- Maintain integrations between agent tooling and other Chime systems.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and dashboards for tool performance.
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent.
- Exposure to Ruby on Rails or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with database interactions.
- Appreciation for maintainable and well-tested code.
- Strong desire to learn and understand system functionalities.
- Curiosity about user experiences and needs.
