Base Salary

$117k - $162k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build features for the agent workspace to help support agents view member context, manage cases, and take actions efficiently.
  • Develop systems that assemble and surface relevant member and case data at the right time.
  • Build permissions and guardrails controlling the actions agents can take on member accounts.
  • Build and maintain integrations between agent tooling and other Chime systems.
  • Add logging, monitoring, and dashboards to improve observability and identify issues early.

Requirements

  • Have roughly 1+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent experience through internships, projects, or a strong computer science foundation.
  • Have exposure to Ruby on Rails or a comparable web framework, or be eager to learn it.
  • Be familiar with working against a database.
  • Value maintainable, well-tested code and demonstrate curiosity, learning ability, and interest in users.
