Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-part software solutions while accounting for risk mitigation and advanced testing processes.
- Build tests using React Testing Library and Playwright.
- Collaborate with product management, quality assurance, and technical support to deliver high-quality software products.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on coding standards and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies and apply them to improve software development processes and products.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software engineer working with object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget.
- Experience leveraging agentic software development workflows.
- Preferred qualifications include strength in TypeScript and JavaScript, familiarity with React and a Node.js-based backend framework, unit and end-to-end testing experience, Git and cloud technology experience, DevOps familiarity, and prior fintech experience.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
