Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship AI-assisted PCB design tools and EDA automation features.
- Integrate manufacturing pipelines and manage the full hardware-to-production workflow.
- Own full-stack problems across backend systems and user-facing tooling.
- Collaborate with the founding team on product direction and technical strategy.
- Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and remove blockers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience shipping software products, including at least one physical or hardware product shipped to end users.
- Hands-on experience with PCB design, schematic review, KiCad, or electronics hardware work.
- Proficiency in at least one of C, C++, Rust, or Go.
- Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and systems design.
- Experience building or shipping embedded systems or firmware.
- Evidence of personal technical craft through side projects, open-source contributions, or hardware builds.
- Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage startup pace; prior founder or startup experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with EDA tools, manufacturing pipelines, or hardware supply chains is a bonus.
- Experience integrating AI or machine learning into tooling or design automation is a plus.
Benefits
- Base salary of $120,000–$200,000 USD annually.
