Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end validation and recovery of hardware to ensure minimal downtime.
- Design and implement scalable automation for repetitive tasks using Ansible and Python.
- Lead troubleshooting for complex hardware and software failures.
- Architect comprehensive technical runbooks and infrastructure diagrams.
- Provide technical guidance and cross-training to Datacenter Operations teams.
Requirements
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in Linux administration.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise hardware including Cisco and Brocade.
- Ability to write production-grade scripts in Python.
- Experience managing high-volume ticketing queues using Jira.
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.
