Responsibilities
- Own the development of user-facing features and the overall front-end experience.
- Collaborate with product designers and managers to turn ideas into accessible, responsive user interfaces.
- Work across design, prototyping, deployment, and ongoing maintenance throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful back-end services while focusing on accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in architecture discussions and help select appropriate tools and technologies.
- Contribute to design systems, component-driven development, and UX quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering modern web applications in agile, highly collaborative environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in JavaScript or TypeScript and HTML5/CSS3.
- Experience with at least one modern front-end framework, such as React, Angular, Vue, or an equivalent.
- Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful back-end services.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern front-end build tools.
- Good understanding of design systems, component-driven development, and UX principles.
- Cloud, containerisation, and GenAI exposure are a plus.
