Responsibilities
- Partner with TruStage, SHI, and JFrog stakeholders on Artifactory implementation, repository migration, architecture review, and deployment planning.
- Configure local, remote, and virtual repositories and establish repository structures, naming standards, access controls, and governance processes.
- Administer the JFrog platform, including user access, permissions, roles, security policies, upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Integrate Artifactory with enterprise authentication systems and CI/CD pipelines, and onboard applications with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
- Monitor system health, performance, storage utilization, repository growth, and operational alerts.
- Troubleshoot repository, build, deployment, and integration issues and create operational runbooks, SOPs, and support documentation.
- Support compliance, audit, governance, continuous improvement, and repository management best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of DevOps or platform engineering experience.
- At least 3 years of JFrog Artifactory administration and support experience.
- Experience leading repository migration initiatives and integrating Artifactory with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale software delivery platforms.
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory administration, repository design, artifact lifecycle management, access and repository federation, build promotion, and release management.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform, and source code management tools including Git, GitHub, and Azure Repos.
- Experience with one or more package technologies including Maven, Gradle, NuGet, npm, Docker, Helm, Python/PyPI, RPM/YUM, and Debian packages.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Linux and Windows Server administration; Kubernetes; and Docker containers.
- Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, SSO, RBAC, secrets management, artifact security scanning, vulnerability remediation, audit controls, and compliance controls.
- Experience with operational monitoring and alerting using Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps operating models.
- JFrog Certified Professional or JFrog Certified Administrator certification is preferred.
- Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, or equivalent cloud certification is preferred.
- Experience in financial services or regulated industries, software supply chain security controls, SBOM, and artifact governance is preferred.
