Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture across approximately 10 web applications and 4–5 Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Define the architecture vision, technical roadmap, strategic technology direction, and architectural enablers across the release train.
- Lead technical discussions, design reviews, architecture governance, and enterprise architecture decisions.
- Create and maintain solution architecture documents, diagrams, process maps, logical and physical architecture models, data models, integration architectures, taxonomies, and information architecture designs.
- Define and govern reference architectures, patterns, integrations, non-functional requirements, and architecture decision records.
- Present roadmaps and solution designs to technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams responsible for identity management, consent management, CDP, CRM, marketing automation, social media, and email platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and delivery teams.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise web technologies and solution architecture.
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager architecture and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Managed Services, AEM as a Cloud Service, and flexible or cloud-native AEM environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise web architecture, content management platforms, cloud-native architecture principles, and enterprise-scale web platforms.
- Experience designing solutions across Adobe-managed and self-managed cloud environments.
- Proven experience leading architecture across multiple products, applications, or web platforms.
- Experience working within SAFe Agile Release Trains and Scrum delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, drive roadmaps, align architecture with business goals, and mentor engineering teams.
- Experience creating solution architecture documents, logical and physical architecture designs, process flow diagrams, data models, integration architectures, and content-taxonomy or information-architecture frameworks.
- Experience with taxonomy and ontology design is desirable.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated industries is advantageous but not required.
- Exposure to SSO, consent management platforms, CDPs, CRM solutions, marketing automation, social media platforms, and email marketing technologies is advantageous.
- Candidates with older AEM experience are considered if they can transition to current cloud-native AEM environments.
