Responsibilities
- Own full software development lifecycle activities for SAP products in the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
- Design and develop SAP applications using ABAP, RICEF objects, dialog programming, ABAP object-oriented programming, workflows, RAP, and UI5/Fiori.
- Analyze root causes of defects reported by QA or customer support and develop solutions.
- Conduct unit and integration testing.
- Document product and subsystem architectures.
- Refactor code for performance and scalability.
- Coordinate and lead development activities with a team of developers.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
- 9+ years of development experience with SAP ABAP, object-oriented programming, dialog programming, ABAP workflow, testing, and SAP products.
- Required experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with OData, CDS Views, and AMDP.
- Experience with SAP UI5/Fiori technology.
- SAP Vendor Invoice Management knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and team player and learn new toolsets.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies such as iterative development, XP, or Scrum is a strong plus.
