Responsibilities
- Build, configure, test, deploy, and optimize AI applications, workflows, and prototypes for priority Corporate Affairs use cases.
- Develop user-facing applications end to end, including frontend and user interface development.
- Integrate AI models, enterprise platforms, approved data sources, APIs, cloud platforms, and application integration patterns.
- Develop prompts, logic, workflows, and evaluation approaches to improve solution quality, usability, consistency, and performance.
- Move promising use cases from experimentation and prototyping into maintainable production solutions.
- Monitor live solution performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize reliability, speed, usability, and output quality.
- Implement testing, documentation, release discipline, responsible AI, security, and data-handling practices.
- Collaborate with AI Enablement, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, data teams, IT, and business users to gather feedback and drive adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms, data engineering, or software engineering.
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, or data engineering, including at least three years building and deploying production-grade AI, generative AI, or advanced analytics solutions in a corporate environment.
- Extensive experience with AI platforms or toolchains such as Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, and Langfuse.
- Strong hands-on experience with large language models, prompt design, workflow orchestration, model integration, evaluation approaches, and production support for AI-enabled applications.
- Proven ability to develop, test, deploy, and optimize reliable technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Experience with enterprise data sources, APIs, cloud platforms, and application integration patterns at scale.
- Experience monitoring live solutions, resolving production issues, and continuously improving performance, usability, and output quality.
- Ability to balance rapid experimentation with engineering discipline, maintainability, and control requirements.
- Experience delivering measurable outcomes through AI or advanced technology solutions in a business context.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or delivery-oriented environments is desirable.
- Exposure to Corporate Affairs, communications, or content-centric business processes is preferred.
